Service Description

This consultation is designed for organizations to gain an understanding of the ALTR career fitness methodology to leadership development and outplacement programming. Tiffany is a qualified test user in occupational ability and personality as certified by the British Psychological Society. Additionally she is a certified practitioner of Hogans and Lumina Learning personality assessments. During a consultation, she will explain the purpose and administration procedures of an occupational assessment.
